Deleting annoying url autocomplete items

Very nice Firefox Tip:

adot’s notblog*: tip of the day
If you’re like me and you don’t use bookmarks very often, instead relying on bookmark keywords and address autocompletion, this tip is for you. When you get bogus items in your address autocomplete list, you can easily delete them by just arrowing down to the bogus one and hitting shift delete on your keyboard. Cleaning up your address autocomplete for common sites every once in a while will make your browsing experience more pleasant.

Ben Goodger’s Firefox weblog

I feel I must be the only person geek that didn’t know Ben Goodger had a Firefox Development blog since January 2003.

More than a name for each star

PHP 5

… is out.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Although my brother pratically forced me to see this movie I was reluctant to go at first. I just couldn’t picture the cast (Jim “The Mask” Carrey, Kate “Titanic” Winslet and Elijah “Frodo” Wood) in a good movie by a long distance.

The fact that it had been written by Charlie Kaufman (Being Jonh Malkovich and Adaptation), rated 8.6 and number 43 at the IMDB top movie list made me change my mind and I don’t regret it.

A mind erasing blowing film to say the least.

PHP 5

I didn’t take it for a spin just yet but here’s an interesting read about it. I don’t know how I missed this article as it probably was in every development blog that deserves to be called a blog.

Finally a final

After being defeated 3 times in major competitions semi-finals Portugal finally maded it all the way through a final. The win against Holland by 2-1 seemed too easy even with Scolari deciding to over-complicate the game by defending a single goal advantage.

The result: Party all over the place all night long!
