		<description>I think the problem is solved. Formsess passes the errors to Smarty via session vars. If you don't start your session it doens't work :-)</description>

		<description>Formsess is nice but has it's own quirks. I haven't been able to get server-side validation working properly yet although that might be my fault since the live example in the webpage does work.</description>
