Now there’s a nice topic for reflection! True, some things you can’t just say… but showing is subjective and relative. The message one tries to pass in showing can easily be misunderstood by the receiver. On the other hand, words can also be falacious; their meaning can be twisted, or they can be said without true intention. So, what may be the solution to this? When showing, leave no room for mistake; when saying, mean what you say.

Step two: Find a code for which only the two ends of the communication know they key. :) But yes, step one is very important; typically, when one is sure of what is saying/showing, communication tends to come across more clearly.

Just one more comment on this abandoned thread: there are some things one can’t say and doesn’t know how to show…even when you know what you wanted to say and show. What is there left then…telepathy? One look? Or just the sheer hope of understanding?
