Broadband, the portuguese way

I frequently find users from the US complaining about their cable
providers. Articles like href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/2740621.stm">this
one just have to make me laugh. In the UK we have these guys
complaining that their provider imposed a limit of 1GB of downloads
per day:

The company now limits its customers to one gigabyte of
downloaded data per day despite advertising that an advantage of
broadband is “unlimited surfing”.

In Portugal most providers give around 2-3 GB of downloads
per month. And the service sucks.
