Refactoring with Martin Fowler

Martin Fowler (aka Mr. Refactoring) gave this excelent interview on
the topic of … Refactoring. As expected an excelent article,
explaining how you can convince your boss that refactoring is good,
and how to explain that you didn’t spend the last week just
browsing the web and writing in your blog, but you were
preparing/massaging the code for the new upcoming features.
